ReplyAll Settings Window¶
In this window, you can configure checks to be performed when user clicks ReplyAll.
You can choose whether the operation is blocked or if the user must confirm it, based on the following criteria.

ReplyAll - Messages Sent To A Distribution List¶ Configure the action for messages sent to distribution lists.

ReplyAll - Messages Sent To At Least This Many Recipients¶ Configure the action for messages to a group of recipients over a certain size.

ReplyAll - Likely Bcc¶ Configure the action for messages on which you were likely Bcc’ed.

ReplyAll - All Messages¶ Configure the action for all messages.

ReplyAll - Always block ReplyAll To These Names¶ Configure recipient names (usually distribution listes) to which ReplyAll should not be allowed.
Note
ReplyAll handling is not compatible with some types of email encryption.
